Our exotic lingerie collection was publicized by the Prince Claus Fund’s Research in the Netherlands and on the BBC.  Fascinated by the many designs inspired by nature, beauty, and playfulness, we wanted to introduce this wearable art to an American audience.  We are located in San Francisco, California -- the home of many original and unique products -- and are pleased to introduce this Syrian lingerie line to the United States.  We hope you love it as much as we do.

Amusing Lingerie by Figgy, located in San Francisco, is the first company to introduce Syrian lingerie to the United States. Syrian lingerie is popular in the Middle East and more recently in Europe, where interest from the Prince Claus Fund led to a book on the designs and an art exhibit.  A reviewer of the art stated, “The most exuberant and extravagant lingerie in the world comes from a place you would never have expected: Syria."

Syrian lingerie combines culture, art, imaginative design, and playfulness. The pieces are created in small quantities with attention to quality and detail. No two items are exactly alike. They are handcrafted, colorful and artistic.  Products are adorned with many creative, beautiful items such as flowers, birds, leaves, polished nails, bells, fur, beads, grapes, and toys. Our highly creative designer also invented amusing novelty items for the collection, including a remote control drop panty and the "rotica" line (choco-rotica, egg-rotica, nut-rotica, ...).

Given the uniqueness of our items, we believe we have no competitors in the United States! The collection is created far away in a culture that values humor, festivity, and entertainment.
