RETURN POLICIES

We love our products, and we hope you fall in love with your purchase too. But, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s), for a full refund, any time, HASSLE FREE!  Please follow the return steps below. We will even pay you the shipping fees in store credits.

RETURN STEPS

If you need to return an item, please follow the following steps:

  1. Fill out our online return form (RMA) which can be accessed by simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
  2. Include a copy of the return form with the items you are returning and ship them back to us any time. Use the original (or similar) box.
  3. Please return merchandise to the following address:

  4. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

REFUNDS

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Before Ordering: Check Sizing
We provide detailed fitting measurements for each of our items. Please check these measurements carefully before ordering to avoid ordering items that clearly won't fit you. Our items are one size each and this one size varies from one model to another. Detailed information is provided along with each item. These details, in addition to very descriptive photos, should provide you with plenty of information about fitting.

Upon Ordering: Order Confirmation
Please review your order confirmation upon receipt and notify us of any errors immediately. We are not responsible for incorrect information that has been supplied by the customer. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please e-mail us.

Any Time: Consultation
Please feel free to ask us any question you might have about our garments. This includes, but is not limited to, fitting, adjusting, customizing, tying, modifying, accessorizing, suitability and wearing.

ORDER DISCREPANCY

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will pay for the shipping cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for shipping the replacement merchandise. Any discrepancy in an order received must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of the goods.
