Shipping

We currently use  USPS as our main carrier and provide several choices for shipping methods. If you have a special need for a carrier other than USPS, or a method we are not listing as a choice, please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your need.

Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped discreetly! The return label will read as follows:  Figgy LLC, PO Box 460141, San Francisco, CA. 94146  U.S.A.  We use standard unmarked packaging so it is safe to ship to home or work. We ship directly from our local warehouse to you (except for wholesale large orders).

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the entire U.S. and Canada. No minimum purchase requirements! We choose either priority or first class USPS which takes 3-7 business days for delivery. See USPS Delivery Time for details.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We carry all items in our local warehouse and, thus, we have full control over processing and shipping.

 Local Pickup

You may pickup your order from the Castro/UpperMarket area in San Francisco. No shipping or handling fee will be added. To do so choose the local pickup option at  checkout and indicate in the note the best way to contact you about pickup time and  location.

Shipping Cost and Time

Shipping cost, if not Free, is determined by the carrier at the time of checkout. It is based on the total weight of the order, the delivery location, and the shipping method you choose. We do not charge a handling fee. The weight of each of our items ranges from 1 to 3 lb. California Tax

California sales and use tax of 9.5% will be applied to all orders that are shipped, or pickedup, within the state of California.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We are not responsible for customs regulation, or fees, the destination country may impose. Please check the regulations in the country we will be shipping to before placing your order with us. Also note that, while Express and Priority shipping provide tracking number, First Class shipping does not.

Holiday and Weekends

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. USPS does not deliver on these days, so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package.

Delivery Signature

We do not require a signature upon delivery. If you care to have a signature required, contact us.
